This methodology is deemed appropriate for this research as it allows for an in-depth exploration of existing knowledge and insights from various scholarly works, thereby facilitating a comprehensive understanding of the topic. Research Type The research is categorized as a qualitative study, focusing on the synthesis and analysis of existing literature rather than empirical data collection. This approach enables the identification of key themes, patterns, and gaps in the current understanding of collaborative governance, particularly concerning its challenges and opportunities. Data Sources The data for this study were sourced from a wide range of academic literature, including peer-reviewed journal articles, books, conference proceedings, and relevant policy papers.
