The movie series that will be the object of analysis is Bridgerton Season 3 Part A. The writer applied the descriptive qualitative method, which focuses on movie theme and characterization analysis. In this research, the data was collected from watching the movies, and then the writer took notes and quoted based on the analysis. For the analysis, the writer identified, interpreted, or described the findings, and then made a conclusion based on the findings. The findings of this study reveal that the theme is unrequited love, friendship, growth, self-discovery and identity. While for the characterization, it is found out that both the main characters: Colin Bridgerton and Penelope Fetherington is a dynamic and round character with a great personality and trait that will be shown in the series indirectly through their appearance, way of speaking, trait, how they act and so on.
