Research Instrument A structured questionnaire was the primary instrument for data collection. Validity of the Instrument The validity of the instrument was ensured through content validity. Experts in organizational communication and human resource management from Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University reviewed the questionnaire items to ensure they appropriately covered the study variables and were clearly worded and relevant to the research objectives. Reliability of the Instrument To establish reliability, a pilot study was conducted using 20 employees from a nearby First Bank branch outside the study area. The Cronbach Alpha method was used to test internal consistency, and a reliability coefficient of 0. 87 was obtained.
