Although encouraging, the study emphasizes numerous limitations that should be considered when interpreting the data. Self-administered internet questionnaires may have been biased by participants' subjective perceptions. The study only covered Generation Z workers in Indonesia's creative sector, limiting its application to other generations or industries.
