Leaders who are flexible and adaptive in applying their leadership style will be able to improve the performance of their employees optimally and sustainably. Apart from that, leaders also need to provide feedback, appreciation and support to their employees, and build harmonious and trusting relationships with them. That way, leaders and employees can work together effectively and efficiently to achieve organizational success.
