ICT INTRODUCTION Information and Communication Technology (ICT) development in the last few decades has developed rapidly along the lines of telecommunication technology. Various supporting technologies and applications have been developed to facilitate and support human and organizational life activities, including learning and teaching activities in education. Online discussion has many advantages - such as promoting students' critical thinking and knowledge construction and enhancing student relations.
