One of the efforts to improve quality related to patient safety in hospitals is the application of Early Warning Score (EWS), including in intensive care facilities (ICU). Early warning score (EWS) is an indicator used to assess the deterioration of the physiological condition of the patient, the assessment and response time to patients who come with acute illness conditions.
