South Sumatra". This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documents. The analysis shows that leadership style, motivation, and work discipline together significantly influence employee performance. Leadership style also has a significant partial effect on employee performance. Meanwhile. Work Motivation and Work Discipline do not have a significant influence on Employee Performance.
