A literature review is used to determine whether or not the simplex method can be used to assess the provision of classes in implementing Moving Class. Still, with this system, students are required to be active to follow the learning process, because when changing class hours or subject matter it is no longer the teacher who is looking for classes but students who must actively look for classes, while the teacher is waiting in the classroom. So, implementing the moving class learning system requires students to learn actively.
