This research explores the barriers and opportunities associated with the implementation of ICT in low-income schools. The study aims to identify the key factors influencing the adoption and integration of ICT, including infrastructure limitations, teacher preparedness, and access to resources. A mixed-methods approach was employed, involving both qualitative and quantitative data Surveys were distributed to teachers and administrators from low-income schools, while interviews provided deeper insights into the contextual challenges faced by these institutions. In the interview, it was found that many schools also experienced difficulties in obtaining the necessary educational software. Many teachers feel limited in their use of technology because the software they need is too expensive or not available in the language they are proficient in. As a result, some schools are switching to free software that is not always compatible with existing equipment, adding complexity to its use.
