ABSTRACT This study was conducted to analyse the influence of work ethic, motivation, and discipline on teacher performance based on the perceptions of teachers at Patra Dharma High School. Balikpapan. The study population consisted of 61 teachers, while the sample used was 34 permanent teachers.
