Altman approach has the recommendation to use a model Fix Effect Model (FEM), this is because in the test chow has a value of 0. 0002 which means using FEM models are better than PLS and Hausman test recommends that using FEM is better than REM. In springate approach has the recommendation to use a model Fix Effect Model (FEM), this is because in the test chow has a value of 0. 0934 which means using the PLS model is better than FEM and provide recommendation Hausman test that uses a better FEM than REM. In Zmijewski approach has the recommendation to use a model Fix Effect Model (FEM), this is because in the test chow has a value of 0. 0000 which means using FEM models are better than PLS and Hausman test recommends that using FEM is better than REM.
