ABSTRACT The objective of the study was to test dietary supplementation of yacon leaf on the carbohydrate utilization, growth performance, and glucose tolerance of striped catfish during the early-stage period. The present study showed that blood glucose level of striped catfish fed with yacon leaf dietary supplementation were slower to reach the peak at three hours after feeding than the control treatment at one hour after feeding.
