This study was conducted by distributing research measurement tools in the form of questionnaires to the respondents. The questionnaires distributed included respondent identity and questions regarding the variables being studied. The results of the completed questionnaires were then analyzed using Smart-PLS. Below is a descriptive explanation of the respondent characteristics based on age, gender, education, number of visits, and payment methods. The results are as follows: Age Characteristics The results of Table 3 below show that of the 200 respondents, the ages ranged from 18 to 71 years.
