Abstract Juvenile delinquency includes behaviour that deviates from the norms of criminal law committed by adolescents.
Such as brawls, bullying, motorbike gangs, and drugs.
Many factors that cause juvenile delinquency need to be considered, especially this brawl which has several factors.
The negative impact caused by this brawl action.
The purpose of this study is to determine the causal factors and the impact of brawls on adolescent morality.
This research uses a qualitative method.
By collecting data from interviews, and various sources from journals.
The results of this study indicate that there are factors, impacts, and solutions or efforts for the brawl action.
The impact of brawls that cause moral decline in adolescents, where a decrease in one's character in various So that the role of parents and families in shaping children's character is needed.
Because it is in the family that children get education for the first time, it is very important that parents instil moral education early on.
It is not only schools that have the responsibility for children's moral education, but parents must also take responsibility.

INTRODUCTION
The rise of juvenile delinquency events such as acts of brawls committed by some teenagers has created anxiety for schools, as well as the community.
Although brawls are not new, they have now gone beyond the limit, and are detrimental to other parties.
Juvenile delinquency is a form of social deviation or social disease.
There are two types of social deviance, namely those that can be forgiven and those that cannot be forgiven/tolerated.
Meanwhile, at this time, adolescents are looking for their identity.
This is characterised by certain actions to determine for themselves who they really are.
Teenagers are children at the age of responsibility.
They are not small children who do not understand anything, but also not adults who easily distinguish between right and wrong, good and bad .

Lack of understanding of religion, moral or religious guidance through households needs to be done since children are young with exercises, good advice, and being an example for children.
The influence of the surrounding environment, if adolescents develop in a good environment, it can have a good influence, and vice versa if adolescents develop in a bad environment, it can have a bad influence too.

This research focuses on the impact of brawl on the morality of teenagers in Tegal by making teenagers as the object of this research.
The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of brawl, especially the impact on moral decline in adolescents.
