EVALUATION OF THE CIPP MODEL HOMESCHOOLING
PROGRAM PKBM BINA CIPTA UJUNGBERUNG ON
PROGRAM EFFECTIVENESS IN UPHOLDING

Accepted: February, 2025 Abstract Homeschooling learning is a program created by PKBM to support the learning needs of participants so that participants who cannot enter the general learning schedule can be replaced with a Homeschooling learning schedule.

INTRODUCTION
Evaluation is part of research.
Evaluation is a process collecting data to determine to what extent, in what terms, and how goals can be achieved.
Evaluation is a tool for analyzing and assessing phenomena and applications of science.
As a branch of science independent, the science of evaluation is supported by a number of theories.
Homeschooling learning is a program created by PKBM to support the learning needs of participants so that participants who cannot enter on the general learning schedule can be replaced with a learning schedule Homeschooling.

Evaluation of the CIPP Model Homeschooling Program PKBM Bina Cipta Ujungberung on Program Effectiveness in Upholding Learning Quality at PKBM Bina Cipta Ujungberung is the collection of data that is interviewed, observed, analyzed and evaluated as assessment of the joint program in its process and implementation, whether useful, there are any obstacles, what are the challenges, goals, and its effectiveness.
METHODS
The implementation method is carried out by conducting observations at PKBM Bina Cipta located in Ujungberung.
What is done during the observation is information gathering by means of interviews, observation guidelines and also using assessment rubrics.
The evaluation technique uses the CIPP technique, namely context, input, process and product to find the impact of the implementation of the program that has been implemented in accordance with the opinion of Stufllebeam .

: The Homeschooling program at PKBM Bina Cipta has implementation provisions in accordance with the needs of the students, because in the learning system and provisions of PKBM decided to create a Homeschooling program which is to increase the participants' knowledge in their learning as well as increase the insight of the participants who where there is indeed a lack of knowledge in learning, there are those who are hampered by normal learning operational hours and are replaced or anticipated using the Homeschooling learning system.
Of course this is in accordance with the needs of students in creating and implementing the Homeschooling program at PKBM Bina Cipta, of course having reports or data regarding participant needs and activities that suit the needs of the students.

: In the Input evaluation section, the Homeschooling program at PKBM Bina Cipta Ujungberung has and has utilized existing resources and facilities and infrastructure, human resources such as management staff, teaching staff, etc.
which are of course utilized optimally in its performance, apart from that in the facilities and infrastructure at PKBM Bina Cipta Ujungberung, it has adequate facilities and infrastructure to support the Homeschooling program because online learning has complete electronic tools and offline has optimal and good classrooms and facilities.

Evaluation of the CIPP Model Homeschooling Program PKBM Bina Cipta Ujungberung on Program Effectiveness in Upholding Learning Quality program are very adequate and support the implementation of the program, apart from that the infrastructure is also has easy access, has comfort and security, and students also assess that the level of infrastructure is supportive and adequate.
Process: The process of implementing the Homeschooling program at PKBM Bina Cipta Ujungberung has been running well and is structured, because there is clarity in each process of implementing the program.
on evaluation shows that the program this has been carried out in accordance with the provisions and procedures in the process, such as having reports, data or documents regarding the running process and sustainability of the program, apart from that, students also feel a positive and effective impact in their learning achievement is because the program in the implementation process is in accordance with what the participants need and want, accompanied by provisions on procedural suitability.
Apart from that, in the implementation process this program certainly has challenges in evaluation, such as students who cannot attend due to a schedule or personal constraints of the participants, as well as other challenges, namely in the process of implementing the online Homeschooling program.
Sometimes the signal is disrupted and there are even participants who don't have the internet to reach it, for the rest the program continuity process is categorized as good.

: The results of the Homeschooling program at PKBM Bina Cipta Ujungberung show fairly good results, because in all the achievements the process is of course adjusted to procedures, good quality services, infrastructure, useful resources, and has a positive impact from the assessment students because it is carried out in accordance with the needs and conditions of the participants.
It can be said that the Homeschooling program at PKBM Bina Cipta in the delivery and implementation of the program has achieved the goals or desired results.
The overall conclusion is that the evaluation of the Homeschooling program at PKBM Bina Cipta Ujungberung using the CIPP model is certainly going well and as expected, of good quality, and useful for observers and program makers.
CONCLUSION
Evaluation of the PKBM Bina Cipta Ujungberung Homeschooling Program is an assessment objective to determine the effectiveness of the program in accordance with existing regulations or in accordance with provisions, the assessment is to provide a value to the program in terms of its feasibility, its use, objectives, achievements, contents, etc.
To make the program good value and useful for participants and program creators.
