In an increasingly competitive era of globalization, the world of work requires human resources who not only have technical competence but also good soft skills.
The high unemployment rate among college graduates is a topic that continues to be discussed every year.
One of the main causes is the gap between the theory learned in class and the practical skills needed in the world of work.
Therefore, internship programs are one of the strategic solutions to overcome this Internship programs provide opportunities for students to apply the theory they have learned during their studies into real practice.
