INTRODUCTION Sexual education is an integral part of the healthy and sustainable development of the individual (Haberland & Rogow, 2015. Logie, 2. It is not only about biological and anatomical knowledge but also involves a deeper understanding of the social, psychological, and cultural aspects of human sexuality. http://journal. id/index. php/alishlah Al-Ishlah: Jurnal Pendidikan,Vol. 16, 1 (March 2. : 416-427 417 of 427 In the context of education, sexual education plays a crucial role in helping individuals make wise decisions, understand reproductive health, and respect their sexual rights as well as the rights of others (Starrs et al. , 2018. Vanwesenbeeck. Westeneng. De Boer. Reinders, & Van Zorge, 2. In recent decades, there has been a paradigm shift in the approach to sexual education. Sexual education is expected to provide basic knowledge of reproduction and the anatomy of the body and promote a deeper understanding of the diversity of gender identity, sexual orientation, and the impact of social and cultural norms on sexual behavior (Chi. Hawk. Winter, & Meeus, 2015. Kontula, 2010. Reis. Ramiro, de Matos, & Diniz, 2. It is important to remember that inclusive sexual education is not just for vulnerable groups such as girls and children with special needs. Every student's right to have access to sexual education that covers all aspects relevant to their lives. It is an effort to create a safe and open learning environment where students feel heard and accepted without fear of ridicule or discrimination. One important aspect to note is the gender approach in sexual education. Gender, as a social concept that includes the roles and expectations set by society for individuals based on their gender, plays a central role in the sexual experience of each individual (Karimullah, 2. The gender approach in sexual education refers to the recognition and understanding that gender roles, gender identity, and gender expression are significant factors in the way individuals understand and live their sexuality. It covers the biological differences between men and women and explores how social and cultural norms influence individuals' sexual views and experiences. Therefore, inclusive and gender-sensitive sexual education requires a deep approach involving gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation. However, in developing inclusive sexual education, it must overcome various challenges and the diverse needs of multiple groups in society. The challenge is that there are still many communities that view sexual education as a controversial topic, and there are a variety of different perspectives and values about sexuality that may conflict (Mukoro, 2017. Robinson. Smith, & Davies, 2017. Shtarkshall. Santelli, & Hirsch, 2. Therefore, this review examines a human rights-centered approach that respects the right of every individual to sexual education, includes accurate information, is free from discrimination, and respects the diversity of gender experiences and sexual orientations. It is essential to recognize that inclusive and gender-sensitive sexual education benefits individuals and society. When students are equipped with a deep understanding of their sexual rights, gender roles in relationships, and the importance of consent, they can make healthy and opinionated decisions in situations that affect their sexual health. In addition, inclusive sexual education can also help reduce the number of gender-based violence, sexual harassment, and gender discrimination. This is an essential step toward a more just and equal society where everyone has equal rights to access sexual health information and services. However, it should also be noted that the implementation of inclusive and gender-sensitive sexual education is not easy. Various challenges may arise, including opposition from groups that oppose changes in approaches to sexual education, lack of resources, or incomprehension within communities and educational institutions. Therefore, the review also examines the best strategies to overcome these barriers and drive positive change. This study aims to deepen the integration of gender approaches in sexual education learning. It is not only about incorporating gender issues into the curriculum but also about creating a learning environment that supports a deeper understanding of the impact of gender on sexuality and human This study hopes to identify the best strategies for integrating gender approaches in inclusive sexual education to benefit students in their understanding of sexuality, gender identity, and human relationships and potentially reduce gender inequality in these domains. This study contributes to a better understanding of how inclusive sexual education can shape future generations who are more gender-aware, appreciative, and committed to positive sexual health. Many previous research results have relevance to the topic of this study to be used as a comparison of the renewal of the research and additional references in the preparation of this study. Previous studies have shown that inclusive sexual education with a gender approach can improve students ' knowledge about various aspects of sexuality, such as body anatomy, reproduction, gender identity, sexual orientation, and related issues (Bradford et al. , 2019. Gowen & Winges-Yanez, 2014. Hoefer & Hoefer. Suwarni et al. / Inclusive Sexual Education: Integrating Gender Approaches in Learning Al-Ishlah: Jurnal Pendidikan,Vol. 16, 1 (March 2. : 416-427 418 of 427 Previous research results may also highlight changes in students' attitudes and behaviors after receiving inclusive sexual education (Bergam et al. , 2022. Latcheva, 2. This may include increased respect for gender diversity, decreased rates of sexual harassment or gender-based violence, and improved communication skills about sexual issues. In the context of the influence of the school environment, previous research has provided insights into how the school environment, support from education staff, and school policies can affect the effectiveness of gender-inclusive sexual education (McQuillan & Leininger, 2021. Parker & Rennie, 2. In addition to the positive results, previous studies have identified challenges and obstacles in implementing inclusive sexual education (Panchaud et al. , 2019. Smith. Kippax. Aggleton, & Tyrer, 2. These include opposition from certain groups, incomprehension or resistance from some students, or limited resources. Some studies also evaluate gender-inclusive sexual education programs to measure the long-term impact on students' sexual health and well-being (Hobaica. Schofield, & Kwon, 2019. Ruud et , 2. It is essential to refer to relevant previous research to compile this study because it will help understand the theoretical foundations, find possible research gaps, and formulate a framework for this study that builds on previous findings. The significance of this study is that it provides a solid scientific basis for developing and implementing inclusive and gender-sensitive sexual education at all levels of This is a critical step in ensuring that the education provided to the younger generation reflects the diversity of society and offers maximum benefit to their health and well-being. In addition, inclusive sexual education can play a significant role in achieving sustainable development goals, including health and gender equality goals. This is an essential step towards fulfilling the sexual rights of students and creating a more gender-equitable society. This is a concerted effort to achieve gender equality in education and society more broadly so that all individuals can live with dignity, rights, and positive sexual wellbeing. METHODS This study uses a library research method with a comprehensive literature analysis approach as the main basis to explore the issue of gender-inclusive sex education (Schwarz et al. , 2007. Wakefield. This method allowed the researcher to deepen her understanding of the theoretical background and previous findings on the topic, while identifying gaps in studies that may have been overlooked and providing a consistent framework to support further studies in this area. The data collection process began with the identification and selection of relevant data sources. The data sources used in this study include previous studies, scholarly articles, books, and various other sources related to sexuality education with a gender approach. Data sources were carefully selected to ensure the accuracy, sustainability, and relevance of the information needed to support the study objectives. The criteria for selecting literature sources were based on several factors. First, relevance to the topic of the study was the main criterion. Priority was given to sources that focused on comprehensive sexuality education with a gender approach. Secondly, the novelty of the information was also an important consideration to ensure that the review took into account recent developments in the academic literature. The data search strategy included careful and relevant use of keywords. Keywords included 'inclusive sexuality education', 'gender approach' and key concepts such as gender identity, sexual orientation, consent and sexual rights. The use of these keywords ensured that the data search was focused and yielded sources appropriate to the scope of the study. Searches were conducted in a variety of academic databases, digital libraries, and related sources. The use of these diverse sources provided a comprehensive dimension to the literature review and ensured that the review covered a wide range of perspectives and contributions. In addition, the data search process involves not only identifying sources, but also tools or instruments for extracting data. Researchers may use tables, matrices, or scoring forms to record relevant information from each literature source. These tools help to detail and systematically organize the data. Suwarni et al. / Inclusive Sexual Education: Integrating Gender Approaches in Learning Al-Ishlah: Jurnal Pendidikan,Vol. 16, 1 (March 2. : 416-427 419 of 427 The results of the literature review provide an in-depth understanding of key concepts such as gender identity, sexual orientation, consent, and sexual rights. This identification process provided a consistent theoretical foundation for the study. In addition, this detailed approach to data collection and search strategies ensured that the study was supported by robust, relevant, and accurate sources. These steps also provided a solid basis for an in-depth analysis of the literature, which in turn made a significant contribution to the understanding of gender approaches to sexuality education. It is hoped that this review will not only make a substantial contribution to knowledge on the integration of gender approaches in sexuality education, but also provide valuable practical guidance to curriculum developers, educators and policymakers. The aim is to improve the quality of sex education in the future, create a more inclusive educational environment, respect gender diversity and promote healthy and safe sexual behaviour in society. FINDINGS AND DISCUSSION 1 Integration of Gender Approach in Sexual Education Curriculum Sexual education plays a vital role in individual development, including understanding the body, relationships, sexual health, and gender roles in human sexuality (Goldfarb & Lieberman, 2021. Shtarkshall et al. , 2. For sexual education to become more relevant and practical, integrating gender approaches is one of the main focuses in developing sexual education curricula. The gender approach in sexual education is vital within the human rights framework. Gender equality is a universally recognized fundamental right. Gender integration in the curriculum is a concrete way to ensure that this right is respected and enforced, as well as helping to reduce the gender inequalities that still exist in society. In addition, integrating gender approaches in sexual education helps individuals understand more deeply how gender roles affect their sexual experience. This includes understanding that each individual has unique experiences based on their gender identity and that society's views on gender can influence how a person understands and lives their sexuality. Gender integration provides insights into diverse sexual experiences by gender, avoids narrow generalizations, and opens the door to more inclusive discussions. Gender-based violence is a serious issue in many societies (Sugitanata & Karimullah, 2. Integrating gender approaches in sexual education curricula also plays a vital role in preventing gender-based violence. By understanding the concepts of consent and personal boundaries in the context of gender, students can identify acts of gender-based violence and learn how to protect themselves and others from such situations. It also helps remove the stigma often associated with victims of gender-based violence. In addition, the integration of gender approaches also helps to improve relationships between individuals. By understanding gender roles in relationships, students can better communicate, respect each other's rights, and build healthy, dignified relationships. It also helps reduce the risk of abuse or violence in the relationship. Sexual education that integrates gender approaches also plays a role in countering harmful gender It provides a space to discuss and respond to the different ways individuals can identify themselves and how they choose to behave in sexual relationships. By countering narrow gender stereotypes, sexual education provides more excellent space for diverse gender identities and sexual orientations to be accepted and respected in society. In addition, integrating gender approaches in sexual education curricula helps build a more inclusive community. It creates an environment that supports individuals from diverse gender backgrounds and celebrates diversity in the human sexual In this way, sexual education contributes to forming a more just, inclusive, and equal Integrating gender approaches in sexual education curricula should be an integral part of global efforts to ensure relevant, practical education and by international human rights norms. Integrating gender approaches in sexual education curricula also creates essential opportunities to educate individuals about the importance of sexual health and emotional well-being. It includes understanding individual rights in the context of sexuality, such as the right to consent, privacy, and Suwarni et al. / Inclusive Sexual Education: Integrating Gender Approaches in Learning Al-Ishlah: Jurnal Pendidikan,Vol. 16, 1 (March 2. : 416-427 420 of 427 informed and informed decision-making. As a result, individuals who undergo gender-inclusive sexual education have better knowledge of how to maintain their sexual health, prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases, and avoid unwanted risks in sexual relationships. In addition to individual benefits, integrating gender approaches in sexual education curricula contributes to more significant social change. It helps change society's view of gender roles in sexuality and relationships. By providing a platform for students to discuss diverse gender identities, sexual orientations, and gender-related issues, sexual education helps create a culture that is more inclusive and receptive to differences. Furthermore, the gender approach in sexual education also addresses gender discrimination, sexual harassment, and relationship violence (Haberland & Rogow, 2015. Karimullah. Sugitanata, & Elmurtadho, 2023. Riad & Forden, 2. By better understanding consent and personal boundaries in the context of gender, students are equipped with the tools to identify inappropriate actions and take the measures needed to protect themselves and others. Thus, genderinclusive sexual education can reduce the incidence rate of gender-based violence and harassment in The importance of integrating gender approaches in sexual education curricula also reflects a commitment to sustainable development goals. Gender integration in sexual education is an integral part of efforts to achieve these goals, as it helps create a more just and equal society where every individual has equal access to crucial sexual knowledge and understanding. In an increasingly diverse and complex global context, the integration of gender approaches in sexual education curricula is a step that supports individual development, reduces inequalities, and promotes sexual health and emotional well-being. By preparing students to understand and respect gender differences, sexual education creates a strong foundation for a more inclusive and equal society. Therefore, efforts to continue integrating gender approaches in sexual education should take precedence in education plans Integrating gender approaches in sexual education curricula also significantly prevents cases of gender-based violence and sexual harassment (Crooks. Jaffe. Dunlop. Kerry, & Exner-Cortens, 2019. Orr et al. , 2. Gender-based violence is still a severe problem in many societies, and gender-inclusive sexual education is a vital tool to address this problem. By understanding the concept of consent and personal boundaries in the context of gender, students can recognize actions that violate human rights and ethical norms in sexual relationships. They also learn how to protect themselves and support their friends or colleagues who may be victims. Integrating gender approaches in sexual education also opens the door to a deeper discussion of sexual and reproductive rights. It includes understanding equal access to sexual and reproductive health services, contraception, safe abortion, and prenatal care. Sexual education that consists of these aspects helps ensure that individuals can make informed and wise decisions about their reproductive In addition, gender integration in sexual education also helps fight harmful gender stereotypes. Gender stereotypes are a narrow view of the roles and behaviors expected of men and women in Through discussions about diverse gender identities and sexual orientations, sexual education provides an excellent space for individuals to identify themselves according to their uniqueness and understand that there is no one correct way to be a man or a woman. This is important in combating gender-based discrimination and supporting individuals who may feel marginalized or not accepted by society. In an increasingly complex and diverse society, integrating gender approaches in sexual education curricula is an investment in future well-being. Students who are inclusively educated about gender have better knowledge of how to manage their relationships, maintain sexual health, and prevent problems that may arise from incomprehension. It contributes to forming a more gender-aware generation that is culturally inclusive and prepared to deal wisely with issues of sexuality. In addition, it is essential to note that gender-inclusive sexual education is a right and a social responsibility. The state, educational institutions, and society must work together to ensure equal access to crucial sexual knowledge and understanding. This provides benefits to individuals and leads to positive social change Suwarni et al. / Inclusive Sexual Education: Integrating Gender Approaches in Learning Al-Ishlah: Jurnal Pendidikan,Vol. 16, 1 (March 2. : 416-427 421 of 427 that involves a more informed, safer, and more gender-inclusive society. It invests in individual development and significant social transformation towards a more equal, equitable, and supportive community of gender differences and sexual orientation. Therefore, inclusive sexual education must be integral to educational efforts worldwide. 2 The Impact of Gender Awareness on Sexual Perception and Practice Gender awareness is a deep understanding of how gender roles affect individuals in various aspects of their lives, including sexuality. This awareness significantly impacts how individuals perceive and take action when it comes to sexuality. One of the main impacts of gender awareness is a change in perceptions about relationships and consent. Individuals who better understand gender roles tend to be more aware of the importance of clear communication in sexual relationships. Gender awareness helps them recognize that partners can express their boundaries and desires without pressure or violence. Thus, gender awareness helps to avoid harmful behaviors in relationships, such as sexual coercion or abuse. The influence of gender stereotypes is also a significant concern. Gender stereotypes are narrow views of how men and women should behave in sexual relationships. Gender awareness helps individuals to recognize and evaluate these stereotypes (Ellemers, 2018. Karimullah & Aliyah, 2. They become better able to resist social or cultural pressures that require them to behave according to gender stereotypes and make more autonomous decisions regarding their sexuality. In addition, gender awareness contributes to gender equality in sexual relationships and the sexual well-being of Individuals who better understand gender roles tend to have healthier and equal relationships with their partners. They can better respect each other's rights and understand that sexual well-being is a human right that must be respected and protected. In the context of knowledge about sexual health, gender awareness also plays an important role. Individuals who are aware of gender roles in the context of their sexuality tend to seek more accurate and relevant information about sexual health. They are also more likely to undergo regular sexual health checks and take necessary precautions. In addition to individual impact, gender awareness also plays a role as a driver of positive social change. Individuals aware of gender roles tend to be more active in advocating for gender equality and more inclusive social change. They may join movements or organizations focusing on gender and sexuality to change adverse cultural and social norms. Gender awareness has a substantial impact on individual sexual perceptions and practices as well as on society as a whole. This helps create healthier, equal, and dignified sexual relationships and contributes to more significant social change towards a more inclusive society and respect for gender diversity and sexual orientation. Therefore, efforts to increase gender awareness in sexual education and culture in general must be fought and prioritized. In addition to the previously discussed aspects, gender awareness also impacts an individual's understanding of sexual health. Individuals who have better gender awareness tend to be better able to understand how gender factors affect their sexual They may be more actively seeking information about preventing sexually transmitted diseases, contraception that suits their needs, and reproductive health services. Gender awareness also helps individuals to understand that sexual health is not only about the absence of diseases or medical conditions but also about healthy relationships and positive sexual experiences (Insani. Karimullah, & Sulastri, 2023. Logie. James. Tharao, & Loutfy, 2. This means that individuals who are aware of gender roles tend to be more oriented towards sexual well-being, which includes aspects such as consent, satisfaction, and healthy communication in sexual In addition, gender awareness is also a factor in addressing issues of gender-based Individuals who better understand gender roles tend to be more sensitive to acts of violence or abuse that may occur in their relationships or society. They can more easily identify these actions and act accordingly by reporting them or supporting victims. Suwarni et al. / Inclusive Sexual Education: Integrating Gender Approaches in Learning Al-Ishlah: Jurnal Pendidikan,Vol. 16, 1 (March 2. : 416-427 422 of 427 Cultural and social changes resulting from gender awareness also have significant long-term By promoting a better understanding of gender equality and sexual rights, gender awareness contributes to forming more inclusive societies and respecting gender diversity and sexual orientation. This creates an environment where individuals feel freer to be themselves without the pressure to meet narrow gender expectations. Furthermore, gender awareness also helps combat harmful gender Individuals who are aware of gender roles can better fight these stereotypes and understand that there is no one right way to be a man or a woman. This creates a more significant space for diverse gender identities and sexual orientations to be accepted and respected. Gender awareness has a broad and positive impact on improving the sexual perceptions and practices of individuals and society. It helps create healthier sexual relationships, reduce gender inequality, address gender-based violence issues, and shape more inclusive societies that respect gender diversity and sexual orientation. Therefore, efforts to increase gender awareness in sexual education and community must continue to be fought to create a more equal and fairer world for all Higher gender awareness also plays a vital role in addressing gender inequality in sexuality. This awareness helps individuals understand that everyone, regardless of their gender or gender identity, has equal rights regarding sexuality. These include the right to express their sexual orientation, the right to live a healthy and safe sexual life, and the right to be free from discrimination or gender-based In addition, gender awareness helps deal with the challenges faced by individuals with diverse gender identities. In societies that often have traditional views on gender, transgender or non-binary individuals often face discrimination and incomprehension. Gender awareness helps create a more inclusive environment where individuals with different gender identities feel more accepted and respected. This opens the door to better access to sexual health services that suit their needs. Furthermore, gender awareness also plays a role in driving more significant social change (Hansen. Postmes. Tovote, & Bos. Karimullah. Nugraha. Nisa, & Andini, 2. Individuals who better understand gender and sexuality issues often advocate for more inclusive policy and social changes. They can play a role in changing adverse social norms, promoting gender equality, and fighting for individual rights in sexual This positive impact of gender awareness also extends to teaching and education. Sexual education that includes gender awareness gives students a better understanding of the complexities of gender identity and sexual orientation. It helps reduce stigma and discrimination in schools, creating a safer and more inclusive environment for all students. To create a more equal and inclusive society, it is essential to recognize the importance of raising gender awareness. This awareness helps change individuals ' sexual perceptions and practices, address gender inequality, and promote respect for gender diversity and sexual orientation. Therefore, efforts to raise gender awareness in sexual education and society must continue to be fought to create a more just and equal world for all individuals. Furthermore, gender awareness also has an essential impact on shaping social norms related to sexuality. Individuals aware of gender roles are more likely to be agents of change in their communities. They can influence their friends and family to adopt a more inclusive view and respect the sexual rights of each individual. This creates a domino effect that can help change the collective perception of sexuality and gender in society. In addition, gender awareness also promotes the concept of kinship in sexual relationships. Individuals with better gender awareness tend to be more sensitive to the importance of a balanced and respectful relationship between sexual partners. They will more likely prevent harmful practices like harassment, sexual pressure, or relationship inequality. In addition to the impact on individuals, gender awareness shapes a more equitable social order. Societies that are more gender conscious tend to have more inclusive social norms. This creates a more supportive environment for individuals with diverse gender identities and sexual orientations. In the context of Education, schools that implement gender-inclusive sexual education deliver a positive message to students that all people have equal rights regarding sexuality and gender identity. Suwarni et al. / Inclusive Sexual Education: Integrating Gender Approaches in Learning Al-Ishlah: Jurnal Pendidikan,Vol. 16, 1 (March 2. : 416-427 423 of 427 It is important to remember that gender awareness is an ongoing process. The more individuals involved in gender-inclusive sexual education, the greater the potential for positive societal change. Gender awareness is about understanding and concrete actions to create a more just, equal, and inclusive society for all individuals, regardless of their gender identity or sexual orientation. Therefore, efforts to raise gender awareness in sexual education and culture are essential to a better world. Furthermore, it is essential to note that gender awareness plays a crucial role in countering gender inequality and gender-based violence. Individuals who have a better understanding of gender roles tend to be more sensitive to discriminatory acts and violence that are often triggered by gender They can support victims and advocate for changes in laws and policies that protect the rights of individuals of all genders and sexual orientations. In addition, gender awareness also creates a path to more significant social change. Individuals aware of gender roles are often pioneers of change in their society. They can participate in social movements that fight for gender equality, encourage changes in social norms, and support more inclusive policy reforms. 3 Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Gender-Sensitive Sexual Education Programs Evaluation of the effectiveness of gender-sensitive sexual education programs is an essential step in ensuring that such educational efforts achieve their goals. The evaluation helps measure the extent to which the academic program successfully addresses issues of gender and sexuality (Pinkleton. Austin. Cohen. Chen, & Fitzgerald, 2. It has a vital role in improving the program, efficient use of resources, adjustment to the needs of participants, and ensuring the program's relevance. The process of evaluating gender-sensitive sexual education programs begins with careful evaluation planning. The evaluation objectives should be established, data collection methods selected, and success indicators The relevant Data is then collected through surveys, interviews, observation, or document Once the data is collected, the next step is to analyze it. Data must be processed, trends identified, and program goals assessed whether or not achieved. The results of this evaluation form the basis for decision-making. The decision could include adjusting the program, adding resources, or even terminating it if it is ineffective. In addition, the evaluation results must also be communicated to all relevant stakeholders, including participants, educators, and interested parties. This allows them to understand the program's impact and provide helpful input. Evaluation of gender-sensitive sexual education programs should be an ongoing process. The evaluation results are used to improve the program on an ongoing basis so that the program remains relevant and effective in changing perceptions, behaviors, and social norms related to gender and sexuality issues. Thus, evaluating gender-sensitive sexual education programs is essential in promoting gender equality and respect for gender diversity in society. Evaluation of gender-sensitive sexual education programs has significant implications. This helps improve the program's quality and ensures that the information delivered is accurate and relevant. Evaluation also enables measurement of long-term impacts, adjustments to participants ' needs, and a better understanding of the program's impact. In addition, evaluation helps promote respect for gender diversity and can be used as an advocacy tool to support better sexual education. With a focus on proper evaluation, gender-sensitive sexual education programs can effectively build inclusive societies and respect gender diversity. Evaluation of gender-sensitive sexual education programs has significant implications. Evaluation helps improve the program's quality and ensures that the information submitted is accurate and In addition, evaluation allows for measuring long-term impacts, adjusting participants' needs, and a better understanding of the program's impact. Not only that, the evaluation can also be used as an advocacy tool to support better sexual education at the local, national, or international level. Welldocumented Data on the benefits of gender-sensitive programs can help urge stakeholders and policymakers to support similar programs. With the proper focus on evaluation, gender-sensitive Suwarni et al. / Inclusive Sexual Education: Integrating Gender Approaches in Learning Al-Ishlah: Jurnal Pendidikan,Vol. 16, 1 (March 2. : 416-427 424 of 427 sexual education programs can effectively build inclusive societies and respect gender diversity. Careful and ongoing evaluation is critical to ensuring that such sexual education continues to deliver the expected benefits and supports positive changes in perceptions and behaviors related to gender and sexuality issues. Evaluating the effectiveness of sexual education programs that address gender issues is a profound process. It has deeper implications for promoting gender equality and a better understanding gender and sexuality issues. Evaluation is the primary tool for improving the quality of the program. By constantly evaluating the program, it can identify areas that require improvement, revise the most effective teaching methods, and enrich the program content. This helps keep the program relevant and effective in addressing the changing complexities of gender issues. One of the often overlooked advantages of evaluation is its ability to measure the program's longterm impact. This evaluation includes monitoring program participants after the program is completed to understand how much the program impacts their understanding, attitudes, and behavior over a more extended period. Strong evaluation results can be used as an advocacy tool to improve sexual Well-documented Data on the benefits of programs that address gender issues can be used to urge stakeholders and policymakers to support similar programs at multiple levels, from the school level to the national or international level. In addition, evaluations that reflect an appreciation for gender diversity in sexual education programs help in defusing gender stereotypes and creating an environment that respects all gender identities. This is an essential step towards a more inclusive and just society. Evaluating the effectiveness of sexual education programs that pay attention to gender issues is essential in perfecting and maintaining the relevance of these programs. Focusing on careful planning, accurate data collection, detailed analysis, and utilization of evaluation results for continuous improvement can ensure that sexual education that pays attention to gender issues remains an effective tool in promoting gender equality and respecting gender diversity in society. In this increasingly complex and diverse world, good evaluation is about examining the achievement of program goals and measuring long-term impact, improving program quality, and supporting more significant social Conducting careful and continuous assessment can ensure that sexual education that pays attention to gender issues remains an effective tool in shaping inclusive societies and respecting gender CONCLUSION Inclusive and sensible sexual education on gender issues has a crucial role in shaping a more inclusive and equitable society. This approach helps to overcome existing gender stereotypes, creates an environment that is more accepting of differences and encourages safe and healthy sexual behavior. The integration of gender issues in sexual education curricula has been shown to have a significant positive impact, increasing understanding of gender roles in the context of relationships and sexuality and reducing gender stereotypes that can have a negative impact. In addition, gender awareness has also been shown to play an important role in shaping positive attitudes towards gender diversity and sexual orientation, which in turn encourages safe sexual behavior and promotes open communication in relationships. Evaluating the effectiveness of sexual education programs that include gender issues is a key element in ensuring that these programs function as intended and provide the expected Thus, inclusive and responsive sexual education on gender issues not only serves as a means to increase understanding but also as a powerful tool to create a more inclusive society, respect gender diversity, and encourage healthy and safe sexual behavior. However, it is worth recognizing that this study has limitations, such as its focus on analyzing literature that may not cover all aspects and contexts of sexual education. Therefore, the suggestion for further research is to continue empirical research by involving participants, such as students and educators, to measure the impact of gender integration in sexual education more directly. Further research may also explore the implementation of inclusive sexual education across different levels of Suwarni et al. / Inclusive Sexual Education: Integrating Gender Approaches in Learning Al-Ishlah: Jurnal Pendidikan,Vol. 16, 1 (March 2. : 416-427 425 of 427 education and different social contexts to understand the challenges and successes that may arise in diverse situations. Efforts to expand this research may provide a more comprehensive and contextual understanding of the role of gender integration in sexual education.
