We will issue some articles around business and organization management. We would like to thanks to all of the authors who selected our journal for publishing their papers in this second edition. The various topics of articles issued here showed that there were a lot of topics that match with our concern. From marketing management, there were a study by Damayanti et al. about the inACuence of security, ease of use, trust and customer satisfaction on repeat purchase intentions in an e-commerce. From AAnance AAeld, there were Murdoko et al. who talked about the causality between the foreign investor transaction value and stock market returns. Article about operation management was written by Wahyuningsih et al. who analyzed supply chain management, competitive advantage, and company performance associated with SMEs. There were four articles about human resouce management who participated in this current Nugroho et al. invited us to discuss about the effect of leadership and work environment on employee performance mediated by work motivation. Prabandini et al. delivered their research regarding the inACuence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. Muchlisin et al. their research about the effect of rewards and career development on employee retention with job satisfaction as an intervening, and Kuswanti who told the story about orchestral leadership.
