Abstract:
This research is a field research, which was conducted at STAI Ibnu usyd Kotabumi.
The samples in this study included university administrators, 3 lecturers, 3 students, 3 alumni, industry and stakeholders.
In improving the quality of graduates with good outcomes, the strategy undertaken is not only to pay attention to qualified and competent lecturers, but to several aspects, such as content standards, processes, graduate competencies, facilities and infrastructure, management, financing, and educational assessment.
Moreover, what must be considered is the implementation of a strategy to improve the quality of graduate outcomes at STAI Ibnu Rusyd Kotabumi which is expected to have a positive impact in producing graduates who are competent and ready to face the demands of the world of work and society.

Introduction (A)ICIA Islamic Higher Education has a very important role in producing quality graduates who are ready to face the demands of an increasingly complex world of work.
One of the Islamic tertiary institutions located in Kotabumi.
North Lampung, namely STAI Ibnu Rusyd, is committed to producing graduates who have superior quality outcomes in various fields.
However, in recent years, attention to improving the quality of graduate outcomes has become increasingly important.
Globalization, technological developments, and changes in societal demands affect the competency requirements that must be possessed by STAI Ibnu Rusyd Therefore, research on strategies to improve the quality of graduate outcomes at STAI Ibnu Rusyd is relevant to do.

The quality of graduate outcomes is an important benchmark for evaluating the effectiveness of the education provided by STAI Ibnu Rusyd.
However, the challenge in improving the quality of graduate outcomes is not easy.
Various factors, such as technological developments, changing labor market requirements, and advances in science and technology, must be considered in designing an effective strategy.
Therefore, this research will look at strategies that can be applied specifically at STAI Ibnu Rusyd to improve the quality of graduate outcomes.
Through this research, it is hoped that strategies will be found that can improve the quality of learning, increase lecturer competency, develop curricula that are relevant to the needs of the job market, strengthen apprenticeship programs, improve facilities and infrastructure, as well as other factors that contribute to improving the quality of graduate outcomes at STAI.

Based on data analysis and research findings, we present the results of the discussion as follows.
The Role of the IQF Curriculum: Discussions on curriculum based on the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) are important to ensure the suitability and relevance of graduates to the needs of the world of work.
The strategy to improve the quality of Out Came graduates is expected to be supported by a curriculum that focuses on the competencies and soft skills needed by society and industry.

Strengthening Student Soft Skills: Discussions on strengthening student soft skills, such as the ability to communicate, leadership, creativity, and teamwork, are considered crucial to increase the competitiveness of graduates in the job market.
The implementation of soft skills development strategies in an academic environment needs to be improved through various extracurricular activities, training and self-development programs.
Lecturer's role in improving the quality of graduates: The discussion highlighted the role of lecturers as agents of change in improving the quality of graduates.
Lecturers need to play an active role in providing academic guidance, motivation, and providing inspirational examples for students.
Increasing the competence of lecturers through training and further education is also relevant to strengthen their role.
Use of Technology in Learning: Discussions regarding the use of technology in learning are also raised in this research.
Strategies for integrating technology into the learning process can increase teaching efficiency and effectiveness, as well as assist students in developing relevant digital skills for the future.
Implementation of Practice and Internship: Discussion on the importance of field practice and internships for students to improve the quality of Out Came graduates.
Relevant and planned internships and internships can provide valuable work experience and strengthen students' practical skills before they enter the workforce Involvement of internal parties: The discussion emphasized the importance of the involvement of external parties, such as industry, professional institutions, and the community, in the process of improving the quality of graduates' Out Came.
