This carefully constructed dataset, to the best of our understanding, represents the most comprehensive record available on IndonesiaAos trade activity with WTO member nations concerning goods that are the subject of formal disputes. The central analytical unit in this study is defined as a unique combination of dispute case, trade partner, and calendar year. Here, "trade partners" refer to any WTO member engaged in trade with the dispute respondent, including primary complainants, third-party countries, and non-involved member states.
