Abstrak Terapi hemodialisa yang harus dijalani pasien gagal ginjal kronik selama masa hidupnya.
Lamanya terapi hemodialisa yang dijalani pasien memiliki waktu yang berbeda Ae beda pada setiap individu, proses hemodialisa menyebabkan komplikasi seperti pruritus.
Pruritus terjadi pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisa disebabkan karna saat proses dialisis terjadinya peningkatan suhu dan pelebaran pembuluh darah sehingga menyebabkan keringat dan gatal.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan lama hemodialisa dengan kejadian pruritus pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisa di Rumah Sakit Santa Elisabeth Medan tahun 2024.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Cross Sectional.
Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling yaitu jumlah pasien yang menjalani hemodialisa sebanyak 65 responden.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan uji statistic yang digunakan adalah Uji Spearman rank.
