In its implementation, before having sahur, the students are woken up by the duty officer to perform tahajjud prayer first. After the tahajjud prayer, the students head to the kitchen to have sahur. The implementation of the Monday-Thursday sunnah fast is mandatory. if any student does not fast on Monday-Thursday, they will receive a sanction. Sanctions can take the form of educational sanctions, welfare, and deterrence. Thus, a disciplined character will be formed.
