Keywords: digitization, local wisdom, mobile learning. Article history Received: January 5, 2025 Revised: February 20, 2025 Accepted: March 19, 2025 INTRODUCTION Published: June 1, 2025 culture, local wisdom in Indonesia is reflected in religious diversity, ethnic diversity and language diversity (Laila, Budiningsih, & Syamsi, 2021). Indonesia is an archipelagic country that has thousands of scattered islands. In terms of demography, Indonesia is merging from various ethnic group nations (Rahawarin, 2021). This is what makes the people in every island have their own characteristic unique in maintaining and utilizing an environment that is very diverse and depends on the environmental characteristics. Contributing to the environment of continuous life people in various regions in Indonesia have grown local wisdom (Wahyu, 2021). In system Local wisdom is seen as valuable and useful in life. The local wisdom system developed because of the need to maintain and sustain life. So local wisdom becomes part of the way of life Public to resolve problems of life that are being faced. Blessing the existence of local wisdom, the Public could carry on life and even could keep developing sustainable (Njatrijani, 2018). Local wisdom becomes important and useful 19 Emynorane, Zaman & Mukhzamilah, Local Wisdom Mobile Learning: Innovation in Order to Increase Awareness of Pancasila Value when the Public inherits system knowledge and will accept it as part of life. Local wisdom can be called the soul of local culture. This can be seen from the expression of local wisdom internalized in daily life (Naryatmojo, 2019). In many things, local wisdom working as answer on challenge life daily as well as actualization system life because is framework for respond elements outside with permanent maintain identity coherent culture into the future. Pancasila is a result of thinking of the characters national of Indonesian, where Pancasila contains teachings, values sublime Indonesian nation. By historical values Pancasila sourced from Indonesian culture, so that by objective Pancasila is a reflection of the Indonesian nation. Pancasila regulates the whole aspect of Indonesian people starting from law, politics, economics and the arts culture. So, from that education art culture will always embed values of Pancasila in every process (Wiratmaja, Suacana, & Sudana, 2022) Tus it can be said that Pancasila as the ideology of Indonesian nation accommodates local wisdom in Indonesia. Pancasila as the ideology of the Indonesian nation includes an open ideology. Because the Pancasila ideology is actual, dynamic, anticipatory and always capable of adapting with the development of time, science knowledge, technology, and development aspirations of society. The open Pancasila ideology does not change the basis contained in it. That way, Pancasila can solve problems that always develop along with community aspirations, development science, technology and the times (Tyas, 2020). Village Kraton Subdistrict Krian Regency Sidoarjo is one village in Pancasila. Subdistrict Krian side by side with Subdistrict Balongbendo, where is it…? Balongbendo once became the center of deployment to understand radicalism. Village Area Kraton is also indicated as an institution starting education that invites studies that influence society on an invitation that leads to a reduction in the sense of nationalism against the Republic of Indonesia. So, it can be seen that Kraton Village is in a state of crisis of Pancasila values due to the ideology of radicalism that is developing. because it is important to give knowledge more related to Pancasila values in daily life, however, experiencing problems in disseminating information more quickly and effectively to the public due to a lack of knowledge about digital technology. Development technology from time to time is to reach solutions that are smart and practical. Where is technology as system, tool, device hardware and devices soft designed for reach reciprocal action (McGrath, McCarthy, Marshall, & Rehme, 2021). Besides that, to create something better than before. Digitization is the development of analog technology to digital technology. Broadly speaking digitization is a conversion process from print media to electronic media namely the process of converting data to in digital (Yulianti, Damayanti, & Prastowo, 2021) Digitization give real impact in aspect life like information that can with easy and fast received as well as disseminated. The more advanced technology information communication at the moment this gives impact positive and negative in society in daily life. So that needed comprehensive understanding (Kirom & Aryaningrum, 2021). The use of the digital era is necessary. Specifically in the campaign Pancasila as an ideology nation and its application in socializing. The skeleton life of an Indonesian nation based on five principles is Pancasila, which focuses on diversity, ethnicity, religion and race which are assets of wealthy nations (Abdulkarim, Komalasari, Saripudin, Ratmaningsih, & Anggraini, 2020). Because of that phenomenon, the fading spirit and love values in Pancasila must be strengthened back. Pancasila values the noble ideology of the nation; Pancasila could be a filter and control culture. Pancasila is also a basic and guidelines behavior for the whole Indonesian nation (Nor, Djatmika, Widjaja, & Wahyono, 2022). So that strengthening Pancasila could be conducted to utilize digitization which is also becoming a challenge in preserving local wisdom. Awareness and control of good society in society of course could reduce activity deviation and conflict -like activities that lead to radicalism. Digitization not only Becomes challenge but also can Becomes breakthrough new to use increase values Pancasila in utilize digitization. Given the challenges faced, it is evident that Kraton Village requires improved human resource management to enhance overall community development. Specifically, there is a 20 Emynorane, Zaman & Mukhzamilah, Local Wisdom Mobile Learning: Innovation in Order to Increase Awareness of Pancasila Value need for the advancement of strategic human resource management, which serves as a key framework for addressing essential workforce-related issues. Strategic action involves taking a broad, long-term perspective on planned initiatives (Armstrong & Taylor, 2020). The development of human resource competencies is also influenced by the ongoing digitalization era. The widespread use of smartphones globally demonstrates the rapid growth driven by the digital revolution (Prof. Abraham, 2020). Smartphones, as mobile devices, are valuable tools for accessing resources and information (Sophonhiranrak, 2021). Designed for user convenience, smartphones offer flexibility and accessibility, making them an effective solution when utilized through mobile applications. Mobile applications are not only advantageous but also efficient, providing users with easy access to information anytime and anywhere (Nugraha W., 2021). Cloud-based mobile applications further enhance information management by offering convenience to the public. dynamic, flexible, and effective training. The ADDIE model stood for Analysis, Design, Development (or Production), Implementation (or Delivery), and Evaluation. This model was developed by Dick and Carey for designing learning systems (Rayanto & Sugianti, 2020). The ADDIE model consisted of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (Rachma, Setyadi, & Mampouw, 2020). The product developed in this research was a mobile application containing information on Pancasila values based on local wisdom, serving as a mobile learning platform for the community in Kraton Village, Krian Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency. The stages of this study consisted of: Analysis Before developing the product, the researcher first examined the problems to ensure that the mobile learning product based on local wisdom could be effectively designed for Kraton Village, Krian Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency, as a Pancasila model village. These considerations serve as the foundation for this research on "Local Wisdom Mobile Learning: Innovation to Improve Awareness of Pancasila Values," conducted in Kraton Village, Krian Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency. The primary goal is to provide an educational platform for the local community. The expected outcome of this study is a mobile application and website incorporating local wisdom, offering information on the practical application of Pancasila values in daily life. Design METHOD The development stage was carried out based on the design stage. In the previous stage, the conceptual design of the product had been arranged. At this stage, the conceptual framework was transformed into a functional product ready for implementation. The result was a mobile application designed as a mobile learning platform based on local wisdom for Kraton Village, Krian Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency, as a Pancasila model village. The mobile application contained information on the application of Pancasila values in everyday life. The research method was an effort made to implement a structured study plan (Sa'adah & Wahyu, 2021). This study used the R&D (Research and Development) approach. R&D research was a fundamental research activity aimed at obtaining necessary information for future users (needs assessment), followed by a development phase. The goal was to produce effective and functional products. At this stage, the activities involved designing the concept, content, and application in a clear and detailed manner. The design phase was conceptual and served as the foundation for developing mobile learning products based on local wisdom for Kraton Village, Krian Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency, as a Pancasila model village. Development In this study, the ADDIE model was used, which was a generic process applied by instructional designers and training developers to create 21 Emynorane, Zaman & Mukhzamilah, Local Wisdom Mobile Learning: Innovation in Order to Increase Awareness of Pancasila Value Implementation The product implementation activity was carried out to gather feedback on the developed product. The implementation was conducted based on the previously designed framework. Evaluation The evaluation activity was conducted to measure the achievement of the product development objectives. It was carried out comprehensively, covering all stages from analysis to implementation. The results of the evaluation served as guidelines for future improvements. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION Analysis Stage analysis is the step beginning before the product is developed. Stage this is the process of defining what will be conducted like to do analysis needs, identify problems and task analysis. So that I could find the right solution to the problem through the development products. The results of the analysis carried out in the Kraton Village show that there is a number of things on condition people in the village the necessary palace understood namely: Characteristics heterogeneous society, good from side social religion, and economy. This area also has habit score culture local in the form of alms the earth that has scored high in the middle society that needs to be preserved. Close by with location indicated place on the network radical Islamic movement affiliated with the institution of education. There is an exclusive religious study that invites teachers in a limited forum Ineffective citizen dialogue forum or level concern between fellow citizens, so when incident terrorism happen and exist arrest in the area around, residents no ready by psychological. Low competence source power man Village Kraton Subdistrict Krian Regency Sidoarjo in spreading information through based digital information media Mobile Apps. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that Kraton Village is in dire need of better human resource management, especially in increasing human resource competencies. This condition became the basis for developing mobile learning based on local wisdom for Kraton Village, Krian District, Sidoarjo Regency as a pioneering Pancasila village. Design The design stage is known as making a product development concept design that will be carried out. The development of Local Wisdom Mobile Learning begins with planning each stage as detailed and systematic as possible. So as to minimize obstacles and problems that may occur during the development process. At this stage, the researcher begins by designing Local Wisdom Mobile Learning by looking for a suitable framework, then making a list of needs that need to be prepared to help smooth the development process. At this stage the researcher also does not forget to prepare the necessary resources, both resources in the form of tools and materials as well as human resources such as information system experts, content and design experts, and so on. After all the preparations have been made, the research will enter the next stage, namely the development stage. Development Stage development is Step product developed from results realization design the previous concept that has been made. As for the results from the realization design draft, Local Wisdom Mobile Learning development is in the form of a website that is given the name LOCALWISDOM.ID. LocalWisdom.ID has 5 features in it, as for explanation of each feature explained in more detail in Table 1. Table 1. Features of the application No Feature 1. Evaluation activity development of the LocalWisdom.ID still there is deficiency however in the future deficiency the will Becomes base repair. DISCUSSION Village Kraton Subdistrict Krian Regency Sidoarjo is a village of Pancasila. Characteristic heterogeneous societies make Village Kraton have a habitual culture. However, in reality it indicated the existence of deployment studies that lead to the notions of radicalism. Where is the radicalism linked with groups Islam that doesn't agree with democracy and do effort turn Indonesia into a caliphate state (Warsah, Morganna, Uyun, Hamengkubuwono, & Afandi, 2020). So that group consists of radical individuals. Where are the radicals is individuals who support and justify terrorism and in a number of case state willingness for involved street action violence radical (Wolfowicz, Perry, & Weisburd, 2021). This thing makes the Public 23 Emynorane, Zaman & Mukhzamilah, Local Wisdom Mobile Learning: Innovation in Order to Increase Awareness of Pancasila Value not yet ready for psychology. Limited discussion forums become constrained in face of it. Other problems faced is deployment information digitally still difficult to do. Based on the needs survey, the solution to the problems faced is better human resource management. In which the concept of human resource management evolved from personnel management. Whereas applied strategy will give competitive advantage (Kokkaew, Jokkaw, Peansupap, & Wipulanusat, 2022). Human resource management in question, especially in the management of information in the digital era. Which in the management of information will occur which is called information sharing. In some literatures, information sharing is an interaction of exchange of knowledge, experience and skills (Sun, Jiang, Hwang, & Shin, 2018). There is no doubt that competence in managing information and turning it into knowledge is an important challenge in this digital era (Vicent, Serrano, & Porlán, 2022). Tech world moment this experience very fast development until come to digitization or the digital era. Where the digital era is concerned, digital technology has become important in building and controlling behavior, performance, standards and so on (Munawar, Fakhruddin, Rodiyah, & Prihatin, 2021). Technology has the role of repairing humans. Where to make the profession easier and faster (Alhamed, 2021). Use of digital technology is getting expanded and effort progressive digitization has triggered generation of new services and platforms (Pershina, Soppe, & Thune, 2019). Problems faced by the village Kraton is lack of public recognition related to the digital world and digitization. Because of that, before the development of Local Wisdom Mobile Learning, we carried out the introduction of digitization to Public more first. Because with digitization many products and services offered with features and functions are new (Correani, Massis, Frattini, Petruzzelli, & Natalicchio, 2020). With introduction digitization Public so understand and understand as well as could take advantage of the digital world with good as well as have pattern think digitally. Where there is a pattern, I think digital is the same as emphasizing cultural importance and supporting digital transformation (Solberg, Traavik, & Wong, 2020). The learning needs of today's generation are different. Because now our being in the digital age of activities study is not limited to class just but also outside class. Digital technology has potential and contributes to enrich knowledge for all (Kouser & Majid, 2021). Technology integration is achieved by making technology used part by routine and parts that are almost not seen from environment study (Bozkuş, 2021). Technology information experiences great development fast, one of them development system information increasingly computer based. It is also supported with increased Internet consumption by the public. The Internet is a method for Public to get information including websites. With the website, the community could get information needed (Airlangga, Harianto, & Hammami3, 2020). As we know the website offers speed not limited space and time in access information (Yulianti, Hamidah, Komaro, Mudzakir, & Alias, 2021). After the Public know digital technology, step what the researchers do next is develop Local Wisdom Mobile Learning information media for society. Goods who understand diversity information and how to manage it will bring profit for institutions (Asio, Erlinda F. Leva, & Cabrera, 2022). Website is the provided mobile learning facilities to Public so that could with easy to do deployment and access information with good. Mobile learning provides source flexible learning, access could be conducted by repeat, where only and when it's easily updated, modified with fast, get it to increase independence, learn, write from various source power, monitor learning progress so that it could increase effectiveness that has been designed with good (AMRITA, 2019). As an effort to eradicate radicalism, design website development is filled with posts about the application values of Pancasila in everyday life. It is known that Pancasila is based on Indonesian philosophy (Agussalim, Widjaja, Haryono, & Wahyono, 2020). Where by the founder’s nation Pancasila proposed to build character and culture nation, with assumption that ideology homogeneous will create stability and strengthening cohesion in Public Indonesia (Subaidi, 2020). Local Wisdom Mobile Learning that has been designed previously succeeded. Local Wisdom Mobile Learning has 5 features consisting of: 24 Emynorane, Zaman & Mukhzamilah, Local Wisdom Mobile Learning: Innovation in Order to Increase Awareness of Pancasila Value from the home menu, profile, news, articles and contacts. Each menu has their respective functions. Development of Local Wisdom Mobile Learning given the name LocalWisdom.ID is appropriate with the nickname village palace as stub village Pancasila. LocalWisdom.ID offers features that can always be updated with news and articles. Both of them are the main points that can be made by the public village palace specifically to absorb the essence values of Pancasila in its application. Local Wisdom Mobile Learning accepted enthusiastically by the community. That thing has been proven with enough contribution by the Public in utilization of LocalWisdom.ID. At LocalWisdom.ID the community is also offered for connect and join as members in managing information with good. LocalWisdom.ID website development by the community Village Kraton Subdistrict Krian Regency Sidoarjo gave an impact. Stage results evaluation showing Public motivated for campaign values Pancasila in daily life. Society is also more alert to the security environment and be careful in filtering information. Besides that, there is a website containing information related values Pancasila Public more appreciate differences and respect them. Result of deployment questionnaire to Public about LocalWisdom.ID in part big choice very well. The pie chart gives the description that LocalWisdom.ID is effective for application. Besides, it also gives the description that public village palace's presence from LocalWisdom.ID provides impact positively. At stage evaluation still found a number of deficiencies in activity. However, it will be repaired going forward. Besides that, will conduct accompaniment forward until it is an interesting information platform. Where are the activities accompanied is support provided to those who are accompanied and mutually share knowledge (Arslantas & Kocagoz, 2021). Mobile learning indeed become a medium of learning many used for increase effectiveness various things by many people, and have proven effective in reach destination that, for example like results research conducted by (Andriyana, 2021) show that results study with method learning model development internet based through the website is enough effective and efficient. Features provided in e-learning allows every student Creative Media State Polytechnic to maximize time study and time learn; it could be designed flexibly. Study (West & Malatji, 2021) also show results which are relevant, that is that using technology educational website design allows for integration of various types of knowledge such as content knowledge, technological knowledge and pedagogical knowledge. Research results (Kartini & Dewi, 2021) show that in this digital age many technologies have changed. As Indonesian people especially generation young must could choose use technology good in interest individual or interest nation and country based on Pancasila. A number of results study the give affirmation on research that effective and efficient Local Wisdom Mobile Learning development for use by the community. Besides that, the use of mobile apps in the form of a web can help increase knowledge. CONCLUSION Based on results and discussion, study produces the conclusion that utilization of good digital technology could become opportunities and breakthroughs. Specifically in effort, internalization values Pancasila in daily life. Like case development of desapacasila.id as community mobile learning Village Kraton Subdistrict Krian Regency Sidoarjo in effort to prevent understanding radicals. The presence of desaoancasila.id is welcomed enthusiastically by the community village palace. There are many benefits with the existence of the Local Wisdom Mobile Learning, that is the Public gradually could develop knowledge and also get convenience in getting information. Specifically, information application values Pancasila in daily life. Convenience and access to information make Public Village Kraton motivated to campaign values Pancasila and apply it in everyday life. Society becomes more alert to safety in the neighborhood where they stay. More society is careful in filtering information received from outside. Besides that, society also values diversity and respects it. 25 Emynorane, Zaman & Mukhzamilah, Local Wisdom Mobile Learning: Innovation in Order to Increase Awareness of Pancasila Value References Abdulkarim, A., Komalasari, K., Saripudin, D., Ratmaningsih, N., & Anggraini, D.
