This study aims to design and implement a local contentbased SEO model to enhance digital reach, using Lezza Studio as a case study. The research employed a qualitative approach with a single case study design, incorporating in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The proposed model consists of five stages: local keyword identification, on-page optimization, local narrative content creation, visual media optimization, and continuous adaptation. The results indicate significant improvements in search visibility, organic traffic, and sales conversions.
