ABSTRACT
Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is a community service model that focuses on family empowerment in educational, economic, social and environmental aspects.
KKN places students to live with the community in forming institutions or community development, especially community institutions that already exist.
Through this KKN, students together with the community identify problems and mobilize all the potential that exists for the progress of the community.
Based on this, we submit a proposal for a work program in Village Meunasah Mee.
Kembang Tanjong Pidie District.
The purpose of this work program is to provide evidence of dedication to Village Meunasah Mee, especially the community and equipment of the village .
This activity was carried out well and resulted in several KKN student activity programs in the field of Education, namely teaching TPA, teaching study, teaching computers and organizing volleyball tournaments and social service .
This activity targets children, parents of students, the community and also the village apparatus in Village Meunsah Mee.
Kembang Tanjong District.
Pidie Regency .
This activity is beneficial for the village community for development and progress in the future, specifically for the participation apparatus, it is expected to provide supplies to the village community and the village apparatus in managing and organizing the village well.

INTRODUCTION
The Real Work Lecture Program (KKN) is a form of education in the form of service to the community.
In this dedication students are given the experience of learning to live in the middle of the community outside the campus and directly identify and deal with the development problems faced .

Real Work Lectures (KKN) STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh is one of the implications of the University, which is community service.
KKN for students is expected to be a new learning experience to increase knowledge, ability, and awareness of community life.
For the target community, the presence of students is expected to be able to provide motivation and innovation in the field of development.
This is in line with the function of higher education as an agent of reform.
Therefore, students must be able to act as a bridge .

The target of the KKN activities are students, the community together with the regional government and the University, each of the three benefiting from the existence of the KKN activities.

Geographical Condition of Meunasah Mee Village Meunasah Mee Village is one of the Villages located in Kembang Tanjong Subdistrict.

Village Meunasah Mee borders directly with other villages, both with villages in Kembang Tanjong District and other districts in Pidie Regency.
The boundaries of the village are as follows, namely .

the east side with Bandar Baru District, the south side with Mutiara District, and the west side with Simpang Tiga District of Pidie Regency.

Social and Economic Conditions Menasah Mee Village is located in the lowlands, which are filled with agricultural land and plantation land belonging to the community with various areas.
The average livelihood of the community is farmers, some breeders, traders and civil servants.

Religious and Sports Conditions The level of education of the community in meunasah mee is very diverse, ranging from those who did not graduate from school, to elementary school, middle school, high school, and university graduates.
The educational facilities available at Meunasah Mee include.

Religious activities in Meunasah Mee are very advanced and growing, this can be seen from the active religious activities in mosques and mosques.
Religious activities at Meunasah Mee include: routine Al-Quran study every Monday night, routine Bible study every Wednesday night, routine poetry study every Friday night, etc.
Sports activities at Meunasah Mee are mostly done by youth.
Sports activities are often found every afternoon.
As for the sports that young people often do is playing volleyball.
The facilities supporting sports activities at Meunasah Mee include, clay volleyball courts.
Where these facilities are the property of the Village.
Based on the description above, the author conducted counseling for KKN students with the title "Efforts to Improve the Community Development of Meunasah Mee Village in the Field of Education.
Economy and Social Affairs in Kembang Tanjong District of Pidie Regency Through Real Work Lecture Students (KKN)".
With the hope of this counseling, students will be able to organize a program of KKN activities in the above fields in order to help improve the ability of children, the community and village officials in carrying out daily activities in Meunasnah Mee village.

In this method of observation, the writer jumps in to directly observe the implementation of the KKN, the activities and social phenomena that occur as an impact of the implementation of the KKN that is applied.
This interview method is also referred to as the interview method, which is a data collection method that is conducted through direct question and answer with the data source.
An interview is a tool for gathering information by asking questions orally, to be answered orally as well, the main feature of the interview is direct face-to-face contact between the information seeker and the source of .
Documentation method in this dedication there are data sources that come from non-humans such as documents and photos.
This documentation method is one of the simplest forms of data collection, because the researcher only observes inanimate objects and when experiencing confusion it is easy to revise it because the data source is fixed and does not change.
The documents required in this research cover the organizational structure of the village, and the sanitary facilities owned by Village Meunasah Mee and other data needed to complete this dedication.
