This study used a literature review and a cluster-randomized controlled trial approach to examine treatments focused on family nutrition education and their impact on food behavior. The findings show that family-centered nutrition methods can dramatically enhance health outcomes across all age groups, increase family ties, and encourage sustainable eating habits.
