ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan elemen-elemen kepemimpinan perempuan dan bagaimana effek pengaruh kepemimpinan perempuan yang timbul dalam perkembangan karakter Queen Ingrith dalam film AuMaleficent : Mistress of EvilAy yang disutradarai oleh Joachim Rynning.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif.
Data diambil dari film Maleficent : Mistress of Evil dalam bentuk kata, frasa,ungkapan, percakapan dan aksi.
Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah feminism karena penelitian ini berkaitan dengan nilai nilai feminisme.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat elemen dari kepemimpinan perempuan dan empat effek pengaruh yang timbul dari karakter Ratu Ingrith dalam film ini.
Yang pertama adalah elemen- elemen kepemimpinan perempuan yang diantaranya yaitu power, principle and values, politics and purpose, dan yang terakhir adalah practice.
Yang kedua adalah effek pengaruh yang muncul dari karakter Ratu Ingrith yaitu influence suits our leadership style, influence can be actively culcivated, influence is a tool for the times, dan influence creates a new way to work.
Dari data diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ratu Ingrith memiliki dua sisi kepemimpinan yakni kepemimpinan perempuan dan juga kepemimpinan laki- laki.

Feminisme ABSTRACT :The aims of this study were to find the elements of feminist leadership and how the influence effects of feminist leadership that arise in the development of Queen Ingrith's character in the film "Maleficent : Mistress of Evil" directed by Joachim Rynning.
This study used descriptive qualitative method.
The data was taken from the film Maleficent : Mistress of Evil in the form of words, phrases, utterances, conversation and action.
The approach used was feminism because this study related to feminism values.
The result of this study shows that there are four elements of feminist leadership and four influence effects that arise from Queen IngrithAos character in this film.
The first are elements of feminist leadership which include power, principles and values, politics and purpose, and the last is practice.
The second is the influence effect that emerges from Queen Ingrith's character, namely influence suits our leadership style, influence can be actively cultivated, influence is a tool for the times,and influence creates a new way to work.
From the data above, it could be concluded that Queen Ingrith has two sides of leadership, namely female leadership and male leadership.

This study used the descriptive qualitative method by (Ary, et al.

that said, qualitative study is used to understand a phenomenon by focusing on the total picture rather than breaking it down into variables.
The source of data in this study was taken from the film Maleficent : Mistress Of Evil with a duration of 118 minutes.
This film produced by Disney Walt Pictures in 2019 and it is a sequel from film Maleficent in 2014 that directed by Joachim Rynning and written by Linda Woolverton.

Data collection activity was important part of any form of research.
