It indicates that ease of access, visibility, and traffic conditions around the store play a significant role in building customer loyalty. A Product quality has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty at Toko Busana Ayu Cirebon. Aspects such as product performance, variety, reliability, fit, durability, service, aesthetics, and perceived quality collectively contribute to increased loyalty. A Location and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty at Toko Busana Ayu Cirebon.
